ABOUT US
Our mission is to be among the leaders in fashion & textiles. There was a need for a lifestyle brand and Apparel Company that delivers the highest standard of people and product, while we join the crusade to increase the demand for locally produced goods. We also intend to live up to the corporation's high standard of delivering unsurpassed quality of goods and services. "The pursuit of excellence.....a beautiful struggle" Our company is made of a collection of young individuals, who only see a bright future for African industry. SXTN STCHS Clothing Corporation has its greatest strength in its human capital. Local employment and youth development are a focus of the corporation and through various initiatives ensure that we leverage this resource. We are guided by the principal that enduring corporate success is not only measured in financial terms. We recognize that how we conduct our business and how we participate in the communities in which we operate are equally important to all that we accomplish financially. The range is aimed at men & women above the age of twenty, combining urban styles with classic silhouettes. We are organized by product specific divisions for purposes of merchandising, design and sales. Working from the outside-in, causes us to select styles and marketing initiatives based on consumer preferences. To put it plainly, SXTN STCHS has been a long time coming. It is among the local companies, to ensure that the popular youth culture benefits those who create it. We are truly committed to creating symbiosis between this corporation and consumer. The apparel line is currently licensed to the mother company, SXTN STCHS Clothing Corporation. The headwear and footwear divisions are licensed to external entities. The apparel division creates a lot more jobs by division along the value chain, hence the retention of this license. We are looking for design talent to create a SXTN STCHS design team and begin the search on the first day of September 2008.
The Brand I sustained a facial injury at the age of three (3). I also lost my last corporation at the age of thirty (30), both left scars... SXTN STCHS! The brand represents the best of us. It represents the young executive with a new challenge, the challenge of leading African business and lifestyle into the future. This brand represents prosperity and a sense that no matter where we go, we are always responsible for how we get there and what we do when we arrive. We call it 'a beautiful struggle', that's why we created a more beautiful brand that fits into a more positive African reality.
C.E.O's messageWelcome to our website. Our financial prosperity as a nation depends on the financial prosperity of each of us as individuals. (George Clason/The richest man……) I was born on the 16th of June 1976, I lost my business at the age of thirty... both, blessed me with SXTN STCHS. 2006 marked the end of my journey with Loxion Kulca and gave birth to SXTN STCHS Clothing Corporation. We were formally established in 2007 with the aim to increase demand for locally produced goods and somehow re-establish a sense of pride in being us. My wife and I felt that there was still a void in the market for a brand that truly represented the best we had to offer. A premium brand that we would wear investing with every purchase. A flag we can fly high and be proud of. It makes no sense that as young people, we are the largest consumer of fashion, while we simultaneously close down factories locally, employing other people to clothe us. 1976 saw young people fight against apartheid. Today we fight against poverty and ignorance. We rose to the occasion then and we will handle now.
